This license covers the music samples, concepts, stems and MIDI (where included) identified in FILE-LIST.txt in the supplied pack. Artwork is for identifying this product only. It grants no rights in other packs, beats, Metanoia, software or trademarks.

1. GRANT. Following an authorized completed purchase, or authorized delivery of a bonus with that purchase, the purchaser receives a nonexclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the included material controlled by the licensor in new musical productions. You may edit, chop, pitch, stretch and layer it, and commercially release, sell, stream, perform or synchronize your resulting songs, beats and scores without sales or streaming thresholds. Add your own original musical contribution; renaming, format conversion, pitch shifting or time stretching alone does not authorize releasing the supplied concept as your own standalone track.

2. ROYALTY-FREE. No additional sample-use fee, royalty, publishing share or mandatory split is owed to Lowkey Capital LLC or the sound owner for permitted uses. You remain responsible for agreements with your own collaborators and for other material you use.

3. OWNERSHIP. The included material is licensed, not assigned. Richard Neasley retains his ownership; the LLC licenses under his permission. You retain rights in your own contributions. Other licensees may use the same material. You cannot promise exclusive rights to the underlying samples, stems or MIDI.

4. NO REDISTRIBUTION. Do not sell, share, upload, give away or sublicense the supplied material as reusable sounds or MIDI, alone or modified. Do not include it in a sample library, sound bank, virtual instrument or competing pack. Do not share the purchased download with others.

5. COLLABORATION. You may share necessary production files or stems with collaborators and clients solely to complete and exploit a specific new production. They may release that production, but may not extract the supplied material for unrelated work without their own license. Selling a beat does not transfer standalone rights to the pack.

6. CREDIT AND CLAIMS. Credit is appreciated, not required. Do not imply endorsement. Do not enroll the supplied material itself as exclusive reference material in Content ID or use automated claims to block another purchaser's lawful use. Follow your distributor's rules for finished works containing nonexclusive material. Platform acceptance and absence of automated claims are not guaranteed.

7. RECORDS AND SUPPORT. Keep this license and your receipt. Report missing, corrupt or incorrect files to helokeybusiness@gmail.com. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights. Permission extends only to rights the licensor controls; third-party material outside this grant requires separate permission.
