This license covers the recordings identified in FILE-LIST.txt in the supplied pack. It does not include other products, software, music releases, trademarks or artwork reuse.

Following an authorized completed purchase, you receive a nonexclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to edit and incorporate these recordings into films, videos, podcasts, games, applications, music, performances and other finished productions, including commercial work. No additional fee, royalty or mandatory revenue split is owed to the licensor or sound owner for these permitted uses.

The recordings remain owned by Richard Neasley; Lowkey Capital LLC grants this license under his permission. You own your original contributions, not exclusive rights to these recordings. Other customers may use them.

Do not resell, share, upload, give away or sublicense the recordings as standalone effects or reusable source material, even if edited. Do not place them in another sound library, sample pack, virtual instrument or asset marketplace. In a game or application, embed them as production assets and use reasonable measures to prevent straightforward extraction and reuse as a sound library.

Collaborators and clients may receive necessary production files solely for a particular finished project. Independent reuse requires their own license. Credit is appreciated but optional; do not imply endorsement.

Do not register the recordings themselves as exclusive Content ID reference material or use automated claims to block other licensees' lawful use. This license does not provide permissions for third-party music, identifiable performances or other rights beyond those controlled by the licensor.
