Direct purchases are not open yet. Payment and delivery testing is restricted to the site owner and uses simulated payments. BeatStars purchases follow the terms displayed by BeatStars.
Digital delivery
For an enabled purchase, the product listing identifies the files, price and applicable license. Delivery is by email after payment is verified, with separate links for any included bonus. Files are downloads, not physical shipments. Links expire after seven days; contact support with your receipt if you need help accessing a purchase. Avoid sharing private download links.
Download support
For a missing email, check spam and contact support. For an incomplete or corrupt download, contact us with the order reference and the affected product. Do not email card details or passwords. We will investigate delivery problems and provide replacement access where appropriate. Refund requests, duplicate purchases and incorrect products are reviewed through support. Nothing here restricts your rights under applicable consumer law.
Privacy
Payment providers process payment details on their own checkout pages. The site's delivery records contain the order reference, product, amount, email address, payment status, license confirmation and email-delivery reference. We use these records to fulfill and support orders, prevent misuse and maintain required business records.
Stripe and PayPal handle their respective checkouts; Resend sends delivery emails; our hosting and storage providers operate the site and protected downloads. Embedded BeatStars content and external font services may receive technical information such as an IP address when your browser loads their content. Their privacy policies apply to those services.
Buying a product does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. Contact helokeybusiness@gmail.com about your order data or a privacy request. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes.
